I have over 20 years of experience as a Construction and General Industry Safety Professional. I utilize my experience from working in the trades as an Ironworker, Boilermaker, Crane Operator, Rigger, and Structural Steel Fabricator to identify risks and implement successful mitigation strategies for work crews, projects and companies. By combining my life skills with the knowledge of today’s safety culture, I can successfully communicate the value of a clear Safety Vision to all levels of the organization. With my extensive experience in construction, maintenance, mega projects, and turnarounds I have developed a significant understanding of the challenges faced by clients, contractors, and subcontractors in today’s business environment. The status quo is no longer an option when it comes to workplace safety and the company’s Conscious Safety Culture.
I have continued my education to further benefit customers and ultimately effecting the bottom line. I hold an A.A.S. Degree in Safety Management Technology from Lee College and B.A.A.S. Degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Management from Tarleton State University. I also hold the following designations:
